Graama Goa Payment Schedule

The first time, 10% of the BSP or ₹15 lakhs is needed, The highest figure of the two.
45-Day Adjustment
The booking amount is cleared within 45 days, such that the amount becomes the same as the amount in the bank account. The cumulative payment is equal to 20% of the BSP.
Final Settlement
The last payment to be made shall cover all stamp duty applicable. Government taxes and fees. Non-payment of these charges with the final instalment may lead to cancellation of the transaction.
